LATEST UPDATE - 23rd January 2012

After a few days down by the Amazon, where we slept with a tarantula and her babies (see piccy), we’re back in Banos for a few weeks.  We’re helping out at a hostel here while we make use of the time being stationary to work on some fundraising.

Anyone who wants to donate to our costs can go to our PayPal page by clicking on the SUPPORT button on the right (our actual costs vary according to where we are, how fast we are travelling and what borders we are crossing but over each leg our current budget averages at £900 [$1500] per month).

Another way of helping us raise funds, that won’t cost you any extra, is to use the easyfundraising option when you buy pretty much anything over the internet.  Using easysearch as your search engine (which uses Yahoo, Bing and Ask) also adds a few coppers every successful search you make.   Basically, instead of 100% of the advertising funds going into the search engine’s coffers they donate a considerable proportion of that part of their income to registered organisations, including us if you choose to support us.  Click on the link below to find out more.
